Warm-up Planner
Set your race start and allow time to reach the line. Choose your event, effort style and where you will warm up. Adjust the example steps to suit your routine; the planner works out when to begin.
Enter your confirmed event start time to calculate a warm-up schedule.
Include signing on, changing shoes and getting to the line if needed.
Light, standard and sharper adjust the effort targets, duration and number of efforts. Roller rpm describes leg speed, not effort on its own. Use a cadence you can hold smoothly. Sharper is a different option, not a promise of better performance. Sprint efforts remain by feel because FTP does not describe peak sprint power. Edit any step or choose Manual plan for your own routine.
Plans save automatically. If signed in, they also save to your account.
Keep this page open for the reminder. Browser notifications may appear if you allow them, but phone lock and battery settings can delay alerts. It is not a reliable alarm.
Your warm-up schedule
Check the start time, minutes and timed efforts. Intervals must fit inside their step; the remaining time is easy spin.
This is a time plan only. Keep track of the actual time yourself; the page does not send alarms.
